The American Outdoorsman TV Show

When looking for avenues to promote our products, we all look to television as the greatest form of advertisement. With a short message, a company can promote to millions, giving precise information that informs the customers. Thinking this vehicle was too expensive, I shied away until I met Rob Fanning and Fred Ramsey with CVP/The American Outdoorsman. They encouraged me to look at the numbers and make an informed decision to take my products to the next level.

I decided to launch my product line into the hunting market after researching The American Outdoorsman and its reputation. I was not expecting to see return immediately but over time. Rob worked with my company to produce a top notch advertisement with exposure through different segments of The American Outdoorsman TV and radio. From the beginning, the phones lit off the hook; my staff could not manage the volume, and penetration into the hunting market was established.

After six years of advertisement with The American Outdoorsman, I look back and feel fortunate that I met the right team to advance Jackite products. One of the best experiences we have had was last season when Mark Tobin and Rob Fanning visited our Amazon Explorer on the Unini River to fish for and to film a story on Peacock Bass. The guys were great to work with – very cooperative with our staff – and the show was tremendous. The calls came rolling in each time the show aired, and we were able to book quite a few clients. Their work was so good that we have invited them back this season for another session of fishing and filming.
